A SERIES ON HOW THE BODY OPERATES
I created this blog to share my fat loss journey & educate anyone interested in learning about fitness & the science behind it.
The content I write about is a bit analytical and scientific but explained in simple terms. This blog is for those who are overweight or skinny and want to lose or gain weight.
I will be using a series that I call “How The Body Operates” to detail everything that I spent 2 years obsessing and learning about how our bodies operate when it comes to weight, fat loss, or just anything that is fitness-related.
These Episodes will cover everything I have learned about how the body operates regarding fitness. This includes, but is not limited to:
- How to lose weight
- Different types of diets
- Using a bathroom scale to check your progress
- What you need to know before you start working out
- Skinny people who want to gain weight
- The best fitness products to use etc, to name a few
Without further due, here is Episode 1 of the series.
