Since most people are struggling to get reliable weight loss information, I created this blog to share my weight loss journey & educational fitness content with those who are interested in knowing more about fitness & those who are overweight or skinny, and just want to lose or gain weight.
I will be using a series that I call “How The Body Operates” to detail everything that I spent 2 years obsessing and learning on how our bodies operate when it comes to weight, fat loss, or just anything that is fitness related.
These Episodes will be covering everything that I have learned about how the body operates when it comes to fitness. This includes, but not limited to:
